My City After Ten Years

I think after 10 years from now will increase the number of the population.And it will increase the number of buildings, streets, and people will be forced to crawl out of the cities. But what I think is really the number of cars in the cities after ten years. I think it will be doubled and this is a problem if there is no future plans. Finally I wish to have a good plan to contain the expected number of population after ten years from now.
